Policy, Planning and Funding
Each Division in the Department of Human Services is producing a Policy and Funding Plan for 2006/09. The Plans support the Department's objective of being transparent, accountable and more openly communicative with its funded agencies and the community. In 2006/09, Office for Children services are comprised of four Output Groups. The four output groups broadly correspond to the four outputs contained in the Output Group as in previous years.
The Early Years Services Output Group is comprised of the following three Outputs:

Public Parenting: a review of home based care services in Victoria
Most Victorian Government concessions are directed to families and individuals who receive income support payments from the Commonwealth Government and who have an appropriate Commonwealth card such as a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, or an appropriate Veteran's Entitlement Gold Card.
This paper records the outcomes of the consultation process and describes the range of views presented through that process and the panel's reflections. Prefessor Arie Freiberg, Mr Peter Kirby (Chair) and Ms Lisa Ward undertook the consultation between November 2003 and February 2004.
