Children's Services Guidelines
The following three guides provide information about licensed children's services in Victoria.
The Children's Services Guide : : a guide to managing and operating a licensed children's service in Victoria, is designed to give an overview of the licensing and regulation of children's services in Victoria. The information in this guide is based on the Children's Services Act 1996 and the Children's Services Regulations 1998.
More detailed information about specific topics is available in documents called practice notes (see below).
